TWO billionaires who live abroad are planning to sidestep the Government's £100,000 cap on overseas donations.

We hope the Minister will introduce a donation cap for ALL donors.

A cap would stop a handful of wealthy individuals, wherever they live, from buying an outsized influence in our democracy.
