Unlock Democracy

Over 100,000 people could be turned away at the General Election unless more is done to boost awareness of the need to bring photo ID.

So far, less than 1 in 10 people without photo ID have applied for the government's free photo ID.

We’re calling on the Electoral Commission to take urgent action to stop hundreds of thousands from being barred from voting.

You can read our letter to the Electoral Commission here.
